We’re looking for a highly creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table, stay ahead of the latest design trends, and lead our creative team to produce impactful work.
This role is more than just designing — we’re looking for someone who can think, lead, communicate, and execute.
What you’ll do:
• Lead and guide our team of 2 designers
• Develop fresh creative concepts and visual directions
• Stay updated with current and emerging design trends
• Review designs and maintain a high standard of creative quality
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements and vision
• Present creative ideas and explain design decisions confidently
• Convert client briefs into strong creative concepts
• Manage feedback and guide the team through revisions
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations
What we’re looking for:
• Strong creative thinking and visual sense
• Solid experience in graphic design and branding
• Good understanding of typography, layouts, colors, and brand communication
• Awareness of the latest trends in design, social media, advertising, and digital content
• Leadership skills and the ability to mentor designers
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to final execution
• Proficiency in relevant design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite,
