The Mission
At Peeperly, we are transitioning from a high-volume trading model to a Design-First, Make-to-Order powerhouse. Having served over 500,000+ customers, we are now looking for a Creative Visionary to define the "Peeperly Aesthetic."
We don’t want someone who can just use Photoshop; we want an artist who can set trends, not follow them.
Key Responsibilities:
Original Product Design: Conceptualize and create 3–4 exclusive "Signature Collections" every month. Every design must be original and exclusive to Peeperly.
Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing global fashion, tech, and lifestyle trends to launch "First-to-Market" designs.
Technical Print Management: Create high-precision, print-ready files (CMYK, 300 DPI, Vector/High-Res) specifically optimized for UV Printing and 3D Sublimation.
High-End Visuals: Create premium, hyper-realistic mockups for the website and social media ads that justify our ₹1500+ AOV.
Brand Language: Develop a cohesive visual identity for Peeperly that resonates with the premium smartphone user (iPhone/Samsung S-Series/Google Pixel).
Who You Are (Requirements)
The "Anti-Pinterest" Designer: You find inspiration on Pinterest, but you never "Copy-Paste." You have a unique artistic voice.
Master of Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Procreate.
Print Knowledge: You understand how colors translate from screen to physical product. Experience with UV flatbed printing effects (embossing, matte vs. gloss) is a huge plus.
Speed & Quality: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising the artistic integrity of the brand.
