Overview
We are hiring a Creative Lead to own the complete creative strategy and execution for a cluster of luxury resort and real estate clients.
This is a team-facing leadership role with full creative authority. The Creative Lead has final approval on all creative output before it reaches the client.
Account Managers manage communication and deliverables. The Creative Lead owns strategy, concepts, quality, and brand consistency.
This is a social-first role with occasional campaigns, launches, and performance marketing creatives.
The Creative Lead owns the entire creative lifecycle- from initial brainstorming and concept development to shoot supervision, editing oversight, revision management, and final publishing. This role is responsible for ensuring every piece of content moves seamlessly from idea to execution to live deployment, with full accountability at every stage.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Own complete creative direction for a cluster of luxury resort and real estate clients.
• Define and maintain brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Build and execute social media strategy (primary focus area).
• Develop content calendars, campaign concepts, and creative frameworks aligned with brand goals.
• Conceptualize posts, reels, campaigns, and performance marketing creatives.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and audience behavior; translate trends into brand-relevant ideas (not generic trend participation).
• Lead and guide Social Media Managers, Designers, Editors, Photographers, Cinematographers, Copywriters, and Producers.
• Convert inputs from Account Managers into clear, structured creative briefs.
• Assign tasks, review outputs, and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
• Maintain final creative approval before work is shared with clients.
• Step in hands-on for copywriting, scripting, ideation, or creative direction whenever required.
• Ensure consistency, quality control, and premium brand standards across all deliverables.
• Oversee performance marketing creatives when needed and align them with brand strategy.
• Participate in major campaign pitches or presentations when required.
Requirements/Qualifications
• 2–4 years of agency experience in a creative role handling hospitality, luxury, or real estate brands.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a creative team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media strategy, campaign concepts, and premium brand storytelling.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to develop structured creative frameworks.
• Excellent copywriting and content structuring skills.
• Solid understanding of design aesthetics, video editing styles, and content production workflows.
• Awareness of organic vs paid content strategy and performance creative formats.
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Strong decision-making skills with confidence to approve or reject creative output.
• Agency background is mandatory.
• Experience working with premium or hospitality brands preferred.
