Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide creative leadership and strategic design direction for the Western Wear category.
✔ Drive innovative textile and apparel design aligned with the brand's heritage and market positioning.
✔ Develop commercially successful collections through effective range planning, costing, and trend forecasting.
✔ Lead the complete design lifecycle—from concept development and sampling to range presentation and production handover.
✔ Mentor and manage the design and product development team to deliver high-quality collections within timelines.
