We run courses in forex trading, digital marketing, AI, and UAE labour law. Our ads work. Our funnels work. What we're missing is the one thing money can't buy - ideas people talk about before we've paid for the reach.
That's the job.
Remember Puma putting monks on the starting line before a marathon? That's the level of thinking we're after. We want someone who walks into a room with three ideas the team calls insane, and gets one of them shipped.
What you'll actually do
● Own the idea. Sit at the top of the funnel — before the videographer shoots, before the writer writes, before the buyer spends a dirham. You decide what the campaign is.
● Build 2–3 big-swing campaign concepts across our course verticals. Not posts — concepts. The kind that need a room to explain.
● Turn cultural moments (Ramadan, expo season, market shifts, budget day, viral news) into campaigns we launch in 72 hours, not three weeks.
● Brief and direct the execution team - writers, videographers, editors, designers — so the idea survives contact with production.
● Sit in on performance reviews so your next idea learns from the last one's numbers.
● Cost-per-lead trending down across course verticals, without lead quality dropping.
What we're looking for
● 2+ years doing this kind of work - agency, in-house, or building your own thing. Portfolio matters more than years.
● You can defend an idea in a room and kill it in the next one. Ego on the idea, not the author.
● A sharp read on UAE, GCC, and Indian audiences — you understand why the same joke lands in Kochi and falls flat in Sharjah.
● You've taken something semi-viral at least once and can explain precisely why it worked (or got lucky).
● Presentation and videography skills are an added advantage.
