Creative Intern (Paid) — Dehradun (Outskirts, Where the Noise Stops and Ideas Flourish)

*Who We Are*
We are Rhubarb Collective. A creative studio based out of the outskirts of Dehradun, situated peacefully between the hills and the hum of the world. We are a global-facing agency firmly rooted in Indian cultural intelligence. We are allergic to corporate structures, and avoid dull, mind-numbing work processes like the plague they are.
We believe that every worker worth their salt have their own rhythm. We respect our team’s diversity and our methods are as varied as the people that work with us.
This is a work-from-office role, but we don’t have rules. Only guidelines and respect for the work.
We don’t standardize. No “one-size-fits-all”. But we deliver real results for our clients with discipline and rigour. An understanding of our common goal is a prerequisite to joining the team.

*What You’ll Actually Do*
• Assist (and eventually lead) on real projects—no “dummy briefs” pretending to matter.
• Sit in on ideation sessions and learn how ideas are built, broken, and rebuilt.
• Write, design, observe, research, question—often all in the same day.
• Understand clients without becoming one.
• Learn how creativity survives—not just in moodboards—but in markets.
