Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Head - Design & Build based in Chennai. The Creative Head will lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide innovative creative direction, develop cohesive branding strategies, and oversee execution. Responsibilities include strategizing design concepts, ensuring visual consistency, managing creative output, and leading a team to deliver high-quality project executions aligned with client objectives. The role also requires active involvement in project planning, presentations, and refining creative processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to guide a clear and innovative vision for projects.
- Experience in Branding and Graphic Design to ensure visually compelling and cohesive project outcomes.
- Strong Team Management and leadership skills to mentor and guide a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Exceptional project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities to convey ideas and strategies to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry trends, sustainable design practices, and urban design principles is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or a related field with a proven track record in the creative design industry.
