We’re Hiring: Creative Head – Healthcare Marketing
At DigiScrub, we don’t just create content — we help doctors and clinics grow.
We’re looking for a Creative Head who can turn complex medical topics into engaging, high-performing content that actually brings in patients.
📍 Location: Mumbai
🕒 Experience: 2-3 years (agency experience preferred)
💡 What you’ll do:
• Lead ideation for reels, ads & YouTube content
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Write & supervise scripts (hooks, storytelling, CTAs)
• Guide editors & designers with clear creative direction
• Manage timelines, feedback, and client expectations
• Ensure content is medically accurate, ethical & engaging
🎯 What we’re looking for:
• Strong understanding of Instagram & performance content
• Someone who thinks like a marketer, not just a creator
• Ability to simplify complex healthcare topics
• Experience handling multiple clients/projects
Bonus if you’ve worked with doctors, clinics, or hospitals
