Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Creative Head to lead our creative function and drive compelling brand storytelling across all platforms. This role requires a blend of creative excellence, leadership, and business acumen to elevate brand identity, ensure consistency, and deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences. The role also includes leading the conceptualization and creation of innovative company merchandise that strengthens brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the creative team including designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists
• Define and evolve the brand’s creative vision, tone, and identity across all channels
• Conceptualize and oversee execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, video, etc.) • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative strategies with business goals
• Review and approve creative assets to ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness
• Drive ideation, design, and production of company merchandise (apparel, corporate gifts, event swag, etc.)
• Ensure merchandise aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences
• Coordinate with vendors and production partners for sourcing, sampling, and quality control
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
• Manage creative budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Mentor and inspire the team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 8–12+ years of experience in creative roles, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction across campaigns and merchandise
• Expertise in branding, storytelling, and visual communication
• Experience in branded merchandise design and production
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
• Experience in [industry: Tech / FMCG / Fashion / Startup ecosystem]
• Knowledge of UX/UI and digital marketing trends
• Understanding of printing techniques, materials, and merchandise production
• Strong awareness of consumer trends and brand engagement strategies
