Role Summary

This is not a conventional creative leadership role.

We are looking for a Creative Head who thinks like a business leader and executes like a creator — someone who can translate strategy into high-impact creative output that drives visibility, engagement, and demand.

You will own MAVIP’s creative narrative across brands, campaigns, and GTM initiatives, ensuring that every piece of communication is aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and measurable outcomes.

This role demands a leader who can build systems, enforce quality, push creative boundaries, and drive execution at scale — not just ideate.

You will work at the intersection of strategy, digital, media, and technology, making creativity a core driver of business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Vision

  • Own and define the creative direction across all MAVIP brands, clients, and campaigns.
  • Translate GTM strategies into compelling creative narratives and executions.
  • Ensure every output aligns with brand positioning, audience intent, and business outcomes.

Execution Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end creative development — from ideation to final delivery across digital, social, print, video, and experiential formats.
  • Maintain high standards of design, storytelling, and communication across all outputs.
  • Personally review and approve key creative deliverables.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, video editors, and copywriters.
  • Build a high-performance creative culture driven by ownership, speed, and quality.
  • Identify skill gaps and continuously upgrade team capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Strategy, Digital, Media, PR, and Client Servicing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Participate in client discussions and pitches to shape creative direction.
  • Align creative outputs with campaign goals, KPIs, and GTM objectives.

Systems, Processes & Scalability

  • Establish structured workflows, review mechanisms, and quality benchmarks.
  • Drive efficiency in creative production without compromising quality.
  • Implement scalable systems to support multi-brand, multi-market execution.

Innovation & Market Relevance

  • Stay ahead of design, content, and platform trends.
  • Bring fresh thinking into campaigns, formats, and storytelling approaches.
  • Continuously push the boundary between creativity and performance marketing.

  • Campaign creatives are strategically sharp, visually strong, and performance-driven.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in creative roles with leadership experience in agency or brand environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and integrated communication.
  • Hands-on expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (DaVinci / CapCut is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, social platforms, and performance-driven creatives.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling creative teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with business objectives.
