We’re hiring a Content Strategist & Script Writer (Hybrid Role)
I’m the founder of Marketable, a fast-growing crypto education brandin Kerala, and we’re looking for someone who can combine strategy and execution in content.
This is not a traditional writing role.
We’re looking for someone who can:
• Develop content ideas based on audience psychology
• Write high-performing scripts for short-form and long-form videos
• Structure content for retention (hook → value → CTA)
• Work closely with the founder to scale content across platforms
• Think in terms of growth, engagement, and conversion
What we’re NOT looking for:
• People who only “write scripts” without strategy
• People who only focus on design or aesthetics
What we ARE looking for:
• Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, and audience behavior
• Proof of content that has performed well
• Ability to turn simple ideas into engaging content
• Ownership mindset and willingness to grow with the brand
