About Dimois
Dimois College of Business is building a new-age, premium education ecosystem in Saudi Arabia,

Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Head who can lead the entire creative vision of Dimois and elevate the
brand to a premium and elite positioning.
This role goes beyond design it requires strategic thinking, storytelling excellence, and
leadership to drive impactful campaigns across digital and offline channels.
You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high-performing creative team,
while ensuring all brand touchpoints reflect consistency, quality, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Leadership & Strategy
Define and own the creative vision and brand identity of Dimois
Ensure a premium, elite, and consistent brand presence across all channels
Develop brand guidelines and enforce adherence across teams
2. Creative Direction
Lead the conceptualization and execution of:
o Social media content
o Ad creatives (performance marketing)
o Video content (Reels, Ads, YouTube)
o Campaigns, launches, and storytelling assets
o Website and landing page creatives
Bring fresh, innovative, and trend-driven ideas to the table
3. Campaign & Content Excellence
Drive high-impact marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create conversion-focused creatives
Ensure all creatives are aligned with target audience psychology (students + parents)
4. Team Leadership & Expansion
Manage and mentor the existing creative team
Hire and build a strong in-house creative unit (designers, video editors, content creators)
Establish workflows, review systems, and quality benchmarks
5. Performance & Optimization
Work closely with performance marketing teams to:
o Improve CTR, conversions, and engagement
o Continuously test and optimize creatives
Use insights and data to refine creative strategies
6. Innovation & Trend Adoption
Stay updated with:
o Industry trends (Edtech + Digital Content)
o Platform trends (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Introduce new formats, storytelling styles, and creative experiments
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in creative leadership / brand / content roles
Strong portfolio showcasing:
o Campaigns
o Video content
o Brand-building work
Prior experience in Edtech / Education (preferred) or fast-paced digital environments
Strong understanding of:
o Social media trends
o Performance marketing creatives
o Visual storytelling
Leadership & Behavioral Traits
Strong creative vision with business understanding
Ability to balance aesthetics + performance (conversion)
High ownership and accountability
Eye for detail and commitment to quality
Ability to build and inspire teams
