🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Creative Leadership
- Lead the art and design function across digital, social, branding, and integrated campaigns
- Set and maintain high creative standards across all deliverables
- Translate brand strategies into visually impactful creative concepts
💡 Concept & Ideation
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to develop innovative campaigns
- Drive ideation for pitches, new business opportunities, and ongoing projects
- Stay updated with design trends, digital innovations, and emerging technologies
👥 Team Management
- Mentor, manage, and inspire a team of designers and visual artists
- Provide constructive feedback to drive creative excellence
- Oversee resource allocation and project timelines
🤝 Stakeholder Management
- Present creative concepts to clients with clarity and confidence
- Understand business objectives and deliver impactful visual solutions
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
✅ Execution & Quality Control
- Oversee end-to-end creative execution from concept to delivery
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, timelines, and quality benchmarks
- Review and approve designs, layouts, and final outputs
🧩 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in an advertising or digital agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, branding, and storytelling
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and UI/UX basics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
🌟 Preferred Skills
- Experience in integrated campaigns (digital + offline)
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video production, and new-age formats
- Strong strategic thinking and brand-building experience
- Experience managing large teams and multi-brand portfolios
