We work with established brands across categories including FMCG, consumer brands, education, home décor, lifestyle and more.
The RoleWe are looking for a Creative Head with a strong advertising agency background to lead the creative function at Brand Bazooka.
This is a hands-on creative leadership role for someone who can think beyond individual deliverables and build strong campaign ideas, brand stories and communication platforms.
The ideal candidate should be able to take a business brief, find the communication opportunity, develop a strong creative thought and lead the team through the complete journey—from concept to execution.
You will work closely with Copywriters, Art Directors, Designers, Video & Production teams, Strategy and Account teams to create work that is strategically relevant, creatively distinctive and effective.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the overall creative vision and quality across Brand Bazooka's client portfolio.
- Develop campaign ideas, creative platforms, communication territories and brand stories.
- Translate business and communication objectives into strong creative solutions.
- Conceptualise and lead 360° campaigns across digital, social, print, video, OOH and other relevant mediums.
- Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions and push the team towards stronger, more original thinking.
- Review, refine and elevate creative work before it reaches the client.
- Provide creative direction to copywriters, art directors, designers and video teams.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual language, tone of voice and storytelling.
- Work closely with Strategy and Account teams to understand the business problem behind every brief.
- Collaborate with production teams on films, shoots, branded content, digital campaigns and other creative productions.
- Develop and review moodboards, campaign routes, creative presentations and visual references.
- Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients and confidently articulate the thinking behind the work.
- Translate a central campaign idea across multiple formats and platforms without losing its core thought.
- Stay aware of emerging cultural, creative, digital and communication trends and identify relevant opportunities for brands.
- Mentor and develop the creative team while building a culture of strong thinking, craft and experimentation.
- Set creative standards and ensure consistency across all work delivered by the agency.
- Manage multiple creative projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the creative vision is carried through to final execution.
What We're Looking For- 7–14 years of experience in an advertising / creative agency, with experience in a senior creative leadership role.
- Strong understanding of advertising, brand communication and campaign development.
- Proven experience in developing campaign-level ideas and integrated brand communication.
- Experience working across multiple mediums including digital, social, print, video, OOH and other advertising formats.
- Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability.
- Excellent understanding of copy, art direction, design and visual communication.
- Experience working with established brands and demanding clients.
- Ability to connect creative thinking with business and consumer objectives.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to confidently present and explain creative thinking to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end creative development and production process.
- Ability to lead, mentor and inspire creative teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced advertising agency environment with multiple briefs and deadlines.
The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is someone who believes that advertising starts with an idea—not a format.
You should be able to look at a brief and identify the larger communication opportunity rather than immediately thinking about a post, reel or individual execution.
You should be comfortable taking a project through:
Business Brief → Consumer Insight → Creative Thought → Campaign Idea → Storytelling → Execution
You should also be able to move seamlessly between big-picture campaign thinking and the details of execution, ensuring that the original idea remains strong throughout the process.
Most importantly, you should be someone who can lead from the front creatively—someone who develops ideas, challenges the team, raises the quality of work and takes ownership of the final creative output.
