About the Role
EdShala is building India’s first student-centric social learning platform.
We are looking for
highly creative Graphic Designers who can
turn ideas into visually powerful creatives using design tools and AI support.
This role is perfect for:
- 1 Experienced Designer (Full-Time)
- 2 Creative Interns (Freshers)
If you can think visually, understand trends, and execute ideas creatively — this role is for you.

🔹 1 Experienced Graphic Designer (Full-Time)
- Strong design + execution skills
- Ability to handle brand creatives independently
🔹 2 Graphic Design Interns
- Creative mindset
- Basic design knowledge + strong learning attitude
🎨 Key Responsibilities
🧠 Creative Thinking & Idea Execution
- Convert ideas into high-quality creatives
- Work on concept-based designs, not just templates
- Collaborate with content & marketing team
🖌 Design Work
- Create social media creatives, ads, posters, thumbnails
- Design infographics, educational visuals & brand creatives
- Maintain visual consistency across EdShala platforms
⚙️ Tools & AI Usage
- Use tools like:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Use ChatGPT / AI tools for:
- Idea generation
- Concept building
- Content-to-design conversion
📢 Content & Brand Support
- Support campaigns, launches & marketing creatives
- Work on reels covers, carousel posts, banners
- Stay updated with latest design & social media trends
🧩 Required Skills
🎯 Must-Have
- Good knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator
- Strong sense of design, layout & color
- Ability to convert ideas into visuals
- Creative thinking mindset
➕ Good to Have
- Experience in social media creatives
- Knowledge of infographic design
- Basic understanding of branding
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
