Role Description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create high-quality, platform-ready visual content across digital and offline mediums. This is a hands-on execution role focused on designing for social media, ads, websites, presentations, and event collaterals. The role is ideal for someone who understands visual storytelling, has a strong sense of layout and typography, and can deliver quickly without compromising on design quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media, performance ads, websites, webinars, and offline events.
- Develop static and basic motion creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create visually engaging posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, and marketing collaterals.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to translate messaging into effective visuals.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all design outputs.
- Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Optimise designs for different platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and ad networks.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in graphic design.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Working knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva (After Effects is a plus).
- Basic understanding of motion graphics or willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong portfolio or compelling work samples will make an immediate impact.

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong design skills will be considered)
