What this role really is
This is not just an execution role.
We’re looking for someone who can think, create, and bring ideas to life, whether it’s a toy or a piece of content.

What you’ll work on
· Toy design illustrations and concept visuals
· Packaging design (visual + storytelling)
· Social media creatives (static-first, performance-driven)
· Storyboards for video content (for animators to execute)
· AI-generated visual concepts and creative exploration
Must-have skills
· Strong command of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
· Ability to create original, high-quality visual concepts
· Strong understanding of composition, color, and storytelling
· Experience or strong capability in AI image generation
· Working English proficiency
Good-to-have skills
· Strong social media design instincts
· Experience with consumer brands/kids category
