Creative Graphic Designer (D2C Skincare)

This role is for a high-agency, ambitious creative mind who understands D2C and wants to help shape how Numour speaks, shows up, and scales.
What You’ll Do
1. Packaging Design
- Design packaging for new products and SKUs.
- Adapt packaging designs across variants and sizes while maintaining brand consistency.
- Create print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors for production.
2. E-commerce Creatives
- Design product listing images for marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.
- Create banners, A+ content, and promotional graphics for product pages.
- Develop creatives optimized for conversion.
3. Performance Marketing Creatives
- Design ad creatives for Meta, Google, and marketplace ads.
- Create static and motion-based creatives for campaigns.
- Work with the marketing team to iterate based on performance insights.
4. Social Media Design
- Create engaging creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Design story templates, carousel posts, and influencer collaboration assets.
- Support campaign launches with creative assets.
5. Basic Motion & Video
- Edit short-form videos for reels, ads, and product demos.
- Repurpose content for different platforms.
6. Brand Consistency
- Maintain and evolve the visual identity of Numour.
- Ensure consistency across packaging, website, ads, and social media.
- Contribute ideas to strengthen the overall brand aesthetic.
Must-Haves
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in D2C / FMCG / consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, digital creatives, and brand work.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- Basic knowledge of:
- Premiere Pro / After Effects
- Motion graphics or video editing
- Sharp writing and messaging skills
- Ability to think brand + business together
- High ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup
