Role Overview
We are looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to join us on a project basis (1.5 to 2.5 months). This is a remote, work-from-home role.
The role requires someone who can work independently, stay organised, and coordinate closely with both our team and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality brochures, annual reports, and other print-ready collaterals
- Deliver final outputs digitally, ready for client use or printing
- Apply strong judgement in typography, colour palettes, and layout design
- Translate briefs into clear, compelling visual communication
- Coordinate with clients, manage feedback, and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain organised workflows and file management using Google Drive
Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design
- Strong understanding of fonts, colour systems, and layout principles
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Formal education in Graphic Design / Visual Arts
- Hand illustration skills are a plus, not mandatory
- Candidate must own tools of the trade - all hardware and software.
Working Structure
- Approx. 3–4 hours per day
- Project duration: 1.5 to 2.5 months
- Start date: within 7–10 days
- Requires regular coordination with clients
Additional Information
- Open to applicants globally, though payments will be made in INR to an Indian bank account
- Selection process: portfolio and CV review followed by interview
- Selected work may be included in the designer’s portfolio
