Are you a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer who can conceptualize, design, and deliver high-performing static image creatives for Meta and Google ad campaigns?

This role is ideal for someone who understands visual storytelling, ad psychology, brand aesthetics, and how to create scroll-stopping images that convert.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality static image creatives tailored for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) along with Google Adsense.
• Understand brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity across all creatives.
• Develop multiple variations of creatives for A/B testing.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and messaging angles.
• Stay updated with current Meta creative trends, competitor ads, and best practices.
• Optimize designs based on feedback and performance insights.
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives for ongoing campaigns.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or any relevant design tools.
• Ability to create clean, premium, high-impact visuals.
• Understanding of Meta Ad creative formats, sizing, and visual strategy.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into compelling visual ads.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous ad creatives or similar design assignments.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience designing for fashion, jewelry, beauty, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
• Knowledge of basic copywriting for creative text overlays.
• Familiarity with UGC-style ad trends (optional).
