Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Graphic Designer located in New Delhi, with flexibility to work from home on select days. The Creative Graphic Designer will conceptualize and create compelling visual content for branding, web design, logo design, and marketing campaigns. The role involves creating marketing copy and web content, developing creative concepts, and contributing to digital marketing strategies. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative marketing campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and produce engaging materials that resonate with the target audience.

We need a quirky, witty, and visually sharp Copywriter & Graphic Designer who can turn everyday communication into scroll-stopping content. This is a 360° role where you will own both the brand voice and the visual storytelling.
What You’ll Do (aka where your magic shows up):
• Write & Design 360° Campaigns: Handle end-to-end marketing content, from product packaging and static posts to digital campaigns and print.
• Bring the Vibe: Craft punchy DVCs/TVCs, reels, and captions with humour, and relatability.
• Create Visual Impact: Design high-quality creatives that shape how a leading brand shows up online and offline.
• Own the Identity: Build and maintain a distinct, ownable brand tone while ensuring strict visual consistency, typography, and layout discipline.
What We’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years of experience in D2C / FMCG / FMEG brands or agencies.
• The Ultimate Portfolio: A strong showcase of both your writing (ad copy, social campaigns, packaging) and your design skills (clean, impactful visuals).
• Software Skills: Strong command over the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Cultural Pulse: Someone with a natural flair for conversational writing who deeply understands internet culture, storytelling, and design hierarchy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and originality
- Experience in Branding and creating impactful campaigns
- Competence in Web Design and Logo Design, with a solid understanding of visual aesthetics and user experience
- Skilled in using industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus
