Description :
This role is ideal for a design professional with a strong portfolio, a deep understanding of Adobe Illustrator, and a passion for producing high-quality, brand-aligned visuals. As a senior member of the design team, you will be expected to lead projects, mentor junior designers, and drive creative excellence across all design outputs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.
•
3–4+ years of professional experience as a Graphic/Illustration Designer.
•
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop knowledge is a plus).
•
Proven track record of delivering high-quality design work across a variety of formats.
•
Excellent understanding of design principles, colour theory, layout, typography, and branding.
•
Strong time-management, project coordination, and organizational skills.
•
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
•
Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
•
Take ownership of complex design projects from concept to final execution, ensuring creative alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.
•
Conceptualize, plan, and produce a wide range of illustrative and graphic content, including multimedia designs and typesetting.
•
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to gather requirements, define creative direction, and deliver impactful visual solutions.
•
Lead and manage production schedules and timelines for design deliverables.
•
Guide and oversee the work of junior designers or production assistants, offering constructive feedback and creative direction.
•
Select appropriate production materials, prepare detailed printing/production specifications, and ensure high standards of quality across all outputs.
•
Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics across platforms while innovating to improve visual storytelling.
•
