Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Gen-Z team member, based in Pune with some flexibility for remote work. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing creative strategies, crafting compelling content, assisting with brand storytelling, and collaborating with team members to present new ideas. The role involves a focus on innovation, communication, and aligning creative outputs with the company's sales-driven mission.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Creativity Skills, Creative Strategy, and Branding
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills
- Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative ideas that align with the brand’s mission
- Team collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with leveraging storytelling to enhance branding and customer engagement
- A self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in both in-office and remote environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, or related field preferred
