Job description
We’re looking for a Creative Executive (Graphic + Video) with 3+ years of experience to develop high-quality ad visual creatives across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, and OTT.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design and video, who also understands how creatives drive results. You’ll be working on real campaigns, creating content that is tested, iterated, and optimized for performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-performing ad creatives (static + video) for digital campaigns
- Edit and produce high-quality video ads optimized for Meta, YouTube, OTT, and other digital platforms.
- Create motion graphics and short-form video content tailored to platform-specific requirements.
- Adapt and resize creatives based on platform specifications and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the ads and creative teams to understand and execute campaign ideas
- Work on A/B variations and optimize creatives based on performance feedback.
- Ensure brand consistency while maintaining speed and efficiency
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design & video editing.
- Strong proficiency in Canva + Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Understanding of color grading with tools like DaVinci Resolve or similar
- Familiarity with AI tools for image/video generation (prompting is a plus)
- Good understanding of ad formats and platform-specific creative best practices
- Strong sense of composition, typography, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work fast and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail
- Portfolio with ad creatives / videos is mandatory
