About the Role
We’re looking for a multidisciplinary Creative Director who can lead across art direction, copywriting, and brand strategy. This role combines conceptual thinking with hands-on creative leadership to shape campaigns, brand narratives, and integrated communication across digital, social, film, print, and experiential platforms.
You’ll work closely with design, content, strategy, marketing, production, and client teams to deliver work that is culturally relevant, visually compelling, and strategically sharp.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
- Lead and mentor teams across design, copy, content, and strategy.
- Develop breakthrough campaign ideas and integrated creative concepts.
- Ensure high creative standards across all brand touchpoints.
- Present creative ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
Art Direction
- Guide visual identity systems, campaign aesthetics, and storytelling.
- Oversee design execution across digital, social, video, print, and experiential.
- Collaborate with photographers, filmmakers, illustrators, editors, and production partners.
Copy & Content
- Shape brand voice, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives.
- Review and refine copy across ads, scripts, social, websites, and presentations.
- Ensure consistency in tone, clarity, and cultural relevance.
Strategy
- Translate consumer insights into strong creative platforms.
- Partner with planners and marketing teams on positioning and communication strategy.
- Drive creative solutions aligned with business goals and audience behavior.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work cross-functionally with account management, media, production, and performance teams.
- Manage timelines, creative workflows, and project delivery.
- Stay ahead of trends in culture, technology, design, and advertising.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years in advertising, branding, creative agencies, or in-house creative teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns across art, copy, and strategic thinking.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of branding, digital culture, social content, and campaign development.
- Proficiency in creative tools and workflows (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AI tools, etc.).
