Role Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and concept-driven Creative Director (Copy) to lead the development of compelling, brand-defining ideas across multiple channels. This role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, guiding copywriters and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation and development of integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential channels
- Set the creative vision and tone of voice for brand communications
- Mentor and manage copywriters, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
- Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and marketing teams
- Translate business objectives into clear, engaging, and effective creative concepts
- Present ideas and campaigns to internal stakeholders and clients with confidence
- Ensure consistency and quality across all written content
- Stay ahead of industry trends, cultural moments, and emerging platforms
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in copywriting, with significant experience in a leadership role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven campaigns and storytelling across channels
- Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of brand voice, tone, and messaging frameworks
- Experience working in agency or in-house creative environments
- Ability to balance creative ambition with strategic thinking and business goals
