Creative Director – Urban Gabru (JD)
We’re looking for a bold and creative Creative Director to lead the brand vision, campaigns, and content strategy for our beauty and personal care brand. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in social-first storytelling, branding, shoots, and digital campaigns with a deep understanding of beauty, grooming, and lifestyle trends.
Responsibilities
• Lead creative strategy across social media, campaigns, packaging, and brand shoots
• Conceptualize and execute high-impact digital and performance campaigns
• Drive brand storytelling and maintain visual consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, content, video, and design teams
• Manage creative production, agencies, freelancers, and creators
• Stay ahead of beauty, fashion, and content trends Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
• Strong portfolio in branding, campaigns, and social-first content
• Expertise in creative direction, art direction, and visual storytelling
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or agency environments Preferred
• Beauty/skincare/grooming industry experience
• Influencer and creator-led campaign experience
• Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing creatives
