🚨 WE’RE HIRING — CREATIVE DIRECTOR
📍 Pune | Full-time | Agency Leadership Role
Fanatisch Marketing Services (FdMS) is looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative health of the agency and become the second-in-command to the founding design lead.
This is NOT a production-heavy execution role.
We’re looking for someone with strong creative intelligence, global awareness, leadership energy, and the ability to turn vague client briefs into sharp creative direction.
Who we’re looking for:
• Late 20s to mid-30s
• Agency/design studio background preferred
• Deeply aware of global design culture & advertising trends
• Strong visual vocabulary and referencing ability
• Comfortable leading client calls & presentations
• High EQ, deadline-disciplined, team-first mindset
• Someone who knows good work when they see it
What you’ll do:
• Lead and mentor the creative team
• Drive ideation and campaign direction
• Maintain creative quality across projects
• Translate client requirements into actionable creative direction
• Build systems that balance creativity with execution timelines
• Represent the agency in pitches and strategic conversations
💰 Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month CTC
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred (30–45 days max)
