Role Description
Quickads is seeking a full-time Creative Director to join our team on-site at our Bengaluru South office. The Creative Director will lead and oversee the creative vision and execution of advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include managing a team of creative professionals, guiding the development of compelling visual and written content, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives. The role also involves conceptualizing and executing innovative ad strategies that are consistent across all formats and platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to elevate the creative output and drive campaign success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in developing creative strategies, campaign ideation, and visual storytelling
- Strong design proficiency, including graphic design and art direction with the ability to conceptualize visually striking work
- Exceptional content writing, copywriting, and editing skills to craft persuasive messaging
- Experience in digital marketing, brand identity creation, and advertising trends
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing creative teams and projects
- Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and the ability to leverage technology in creative processes
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Design, Marketing, or Communications, or equivalent experience
