Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Director located in Kochi. The Creative Director will lead and oversee creative strategies, branding initiatives, and art direction to support business goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing creative concepts, managing a multidisciplinary creative team, and ensuring brand consistency across projects. The Creative Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful creative campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to lead campaigns and drive innovative design solutions.
- Strong expertise in Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identity and messaging.
- Advanced skills in Art Direction and Graphic Design to guide creative execution and oversee design projects.
- Experience managing and mentoring creative teams, with effective leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
