Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Director with strong agency experience and a sharp understanding of brand communication, campaign thinking, and visual storytelling.
The ideal candidate should be capable of leading creative teams, building strong campaign directions, handling client communication, and delivering impactful creative solutions across digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee creative direction across branding, campaigns, social media, digital, print, and marketing communication
• Develop strong campaign concepts, creative strategies, and visual directions
• Guide designers, copywriters, editors, and creative teams through project execution
• Present ideas and creative approaches confidently to clients
• Maintain high creative standards across all deliverables
• Collaborate with strategy, account management, and production teams
• Ensure timely execution of projects in a fast-paced agency environment
• Stay updated with industry trends, design culture, content formats, and brand communication styles
Required Skills
• 4 to 6 years of experience in a creative, advertising, or digital agency
• Must have handled real estate clients and campaigns
• Strong understanding of branding, social media, campaign development, and visual communication
• Strong leadership, presentation, and team management skills
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple brands and creative projects simultaneously
• Strong eye for aesthetics, layouts, storytelling, and creative execution
Brownie Points
• Experience working on luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium real estate brands
• Understanding of performance creatives, content strategy, and digital-first campaigns
