CREATIVE DIRECTOR - 3D
The candidate will be responsible for driving all 3D design requirements across projects and pitches for multiple business units. The role demands strong expertise in 3D visualization along with a working knowledge of AI and relevant design tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.
This position will lead the 3D function, overseeing the team, ensuring quality output, and managing end-to-end delivery across projects. The candidate is expected to provide creative direction, streamline processes, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful design solutions.

Role & Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead creative thinking across key accountsāowning both ideation and execution delivery
ā¢ Translate business problems into insight-led experiential concepts
ā¢ Drive ideas for both pitches and ongoing client mandates
ā¢ Partner with servicing teams to unlock opportunities within existing accounts
ā¢ Own end-to-end deliveryāensuring what is sold is executed seamlessly
ā¢ Build and implement creative processes and workflows for consistency and efficiency
ā¢ Collaborate with design, strategy, and production to ensure feasible, high-impact output
ā¢ Mentor teams to think idea-first and solution-driven
ā¢ Present and sell ideas to clients
Must know AI tools for designs and renders.
Educational Qualification
ā¢ A degree in Design, Communication, Experiential Design, or a related field from a reputed design school is necessary
Software: 3Ds Max, SketchUp;
Preferred software: Twinmotion, D5, Procreate, Blender
Desired Skills

ā¢ Experience across pitches & account-led delivery
ā¢ Understanding of production, budgets & feasibility
ā¢ Ability to build processes and improve team efficiency
