- Lead Creative Vision & Output
- Define and drive the visual language of the brand across campaigns, launches, and ongoing communication.
- Concept & Campaign Development
- Ideate and develop strong creative concepts for branding campaigns, project launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Hands-on Design Execution
- Actively work on design software (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.) to create and refine layouts with strong attention to detail.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Supervise and guide graphic designers, ensuring clarity in briefs, consistency in output, and continuous elevation of design standards.
- Brand Consistency Across Touchpoints
- Oversee all visual outputs—digital, print, on-ground branding, and sales environments—to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Develop Marketing & Sales Collateral
- Lead the creation of brochures, presentations, digital assets, and scheme communication aligned with the brand’s positioning.
- Integrate AI in Creative Workflows
- Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation, visualization, and production efficiency.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work closely with brand, marketing, and external partners to translate strategy into compelling creative output.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in creative roles with a strong portfolio showcasing design-led thinking and execution
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Strong conceptual thinking and layout sensibility
- Experience in branding, campaign development, and visual storytelling
- Prior experience managing or mentoring design teams
- Exposure to real estate / architecture / lifestyle branding is a plus
Bonus Skills
- Working knowledge of AI tools for design and content creation (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, etc.)
- Experience in motion, film, or spatial branding
- Strong understanding of typography, grids, and visual systems
