Role Overview
We are seeking a Creative Director – AI Films who can lead cinematic vision, oversee the entire AI production stack, and guide execution teams from concept to final output.
This is not a coordination role.
This is a hands-on creative leadership position.
The ideal candidate has both traditional filmmaking grounding and deep familiarity with AI-based image and animation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and execution of AI film projects
- Oversee the complete production pipeline (pre-production to final delivery)
- Manage image-level and animation-level workflows
- Maintain cinematic consistency in lighting, color, mood, framing, and pacing
- Structure and optimize AI video production pipelines
- Supervise and mentor junior creators and interns
- Train team members on workflow efficiency and quality standards
- Ensure timely, high-quality content delivery
Mandatory Prerequisites
Applicants must:
- Have independently created and published fully developed content (short films, cinematic projects, or narrative pieces)
- Demonstrate hands-on experience across the full production pipeline
- Possess strong expertise in both image-level and animation-level execution
- Understand AI video production workflows deeply
- Have cinematic vision with strong understanding of lighting, color theory, composition, and visual grammar
- Be comfortable managing the entire AI production stack
- Have prior experience working in traditional film environments
- Be adaptable, fast learners, and comfortable with evolving tools
- Possess team management capability and experience mentoring or training interns
Traditional filmmaking background is strongly preferred.
