We are now evolving into a premium, design-led brand—and we’re looking for a Creative Director who can define, lead, and scale the visual and communication identity of Longway across every touchpoint.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Director with strong D2C and brand management experience who doesn’t just execute, but leads thinking.
This role is about owning the brand visually and creatively end-to-end—from campaigns and content to packaging and retail presence. You will define how Longway looks, feels, and communicates, ensuring a consistent, premium, and high-impact identity across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Vision & Creative Leadership
- Define and evolve Longway’s overall creative vision and brand identity
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints—digital, offline, retail, and packaging
- Build a premium, modern, and differentiated brand language
2. Campaign & Communication Strategy
- Lead concept development for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand films
- Oversee storytelling across ads, social media, website, and marketplaces
- Ensure creatives are not just beautiful—but drive attention, recall, and conversion
3. Team Management & Direction
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, editors, and external agencies
- Review and approve all creative outputs
- Set quality benchmarks and ensure high creative standards across the board
4. D2C & Performance-Driven Creativity
- Collaborate with marketing team to create high-converting creatives
- Bring a strong understanding of consumer psychology, funnels, and performance marketing
- Balance branding with ROI-driven design thinking
5. Packaging & Product Experience
- Oversee packaging design strategy to ensure strong shelf impact and premium perception
- Align product design language with overall brand identity
6. Innovation & Trend Leadership
- Stay ahead of design trends, D2C brands, and global creative benchmarks
- Continuously bring fresh, disruptive, and out-of-the-box ideas
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in D2C brands and creative leadership roles
- Proven ability to build and scale brand identity
- Deep understanding of premium aesthetics (minimal, clean, high-impact)
- Experience in handling campaigns, branding, and packaging
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of consumer behaviour, attention design, and storytelling
- Experience in appliances / consumer durable industry is a plus
Tools & Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color psychology
- Experience with motion, video, and digital-first content
- Strategic thinking + creative execution balance
