The successful Server will:
- Provide fast, efficient service to all customers
- Follow procedures and policies outlined by the company, such as portion control and plating procedures, while displaying a friendly and helpful attitude to all residents and fellow employees
- Assist with side work, such as dishing up food, filing containers, washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, setting tables, filling pantry stock, etc.
- Lunch and dinner service with designated daily menus, dining room maintenance
The successful candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Some experience in food service preferred
