About The Role: We are looking for a Creative Designer & Video Editor who can combine creativity with execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan, create, and execute engaging content across formats while ensuring the monthly content calendar runs seamlessly. You'll be responsible for bringing ideas to life through design, video, and social-first content that reflects Capital Now's brand.

What You'll Do
Plan and execute the monthly social media content calendarDesign creatives for social media, presentations, merchandise, print, and other marketing collateralsShoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video contentExecute content from ideation to final deliveryCreate platform-first content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube ShortsAdapt trends and cultural moments into brand-relevant contentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality contentExperiment with new formats, editing styles, and AI-powered creative tools
