Role Description The Creative Designer Intern role at WCO Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will support the design team in creating visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, and web elements. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, refining layouts, preparing files for production, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in brainstorming sessions, and assist in maintaining a cohesive visual identity across projects. This role offers practical exposure to end-to-end design processes and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.
Qualifications
- Ability to apply Creative Design and Branding skills to develop cohesive, engaging visual concepts.
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print materials.
- Basic understanding of Web Design principles and layout for online platforms.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and an eye for typography and color.
- Portfolio demonstrating design projects or coursework, even at an academic or personal level.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a design-related program (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia) is preferred.
