Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Associate based in Bangalore.
- You will work closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to create visually engaging creatives, motion graphics, videos, presentations, and branding assets for multiple SaaS products.
- The role involves social media design, ad creatives, UI marketing visuals, video editing, motion graphics, and AI-assisted creative workflows.
- We are looking for someone who combines creativity with execution speed and understands how modern startup brands communicate visually.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for: Social media, Performance marketing campaigns, Websites and landing pages, Product marketing, Presentations and pitch decks
- Create motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos
- Work on branding and visual identity consistency across products
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaign creatives
- Edit promotional videos, reels, and product explainers
- Use AI-powered creative tools to improve speed and workflow efficiency
- Support visual storytelling for company and founder branding
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or creative marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing: Social media creatives, Branding work, Motion graphics, Video editing
- Hands-on experience with: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma or similar tools
- Good understanding of modern SaaS/startup design aesthetics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience using AI creative tools
- Know tools like Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Kling, or similar platforms
- Have worked with startup brands or SaaS companies
- Understand social media content trends and performance-focused creatives
- Can contribute to UI/UX or website design workflows
