Role Summary
We are looking for a Creative Design Lead to drive interior design concepts and execution for high-end residential homes. The role requires strong design conceptualization, hands-on detailing, and close coordination with site teams to ensure flawless execution aligned with the Vianaar aesthetic.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Propose Interior layouts for residential homes.
- Make concepts for interior architecture keeping the VIANAAR aesthetic.
- Work with the lead designer to finalize the entire concept and look and feel of home.
- Create ceiling designs, lighting concepts, wall elevations.
- Design Bathrooms and select materials, washbasins and fixtures and fittings.
- Propose flooring designs and make flooring presentations for clients.
- Propose cabinetry designs including doors, kitchens and vanity counters.
- Create a full package of design inputs and concepts for working drawings.
- Check and review final designs and drawings.
- Work with the site team for selection and approval of samples.
- Intermittent Site visits to ensure work is happening as per design and to approve all samples.
