Job Description
We are looking for a highly creative Video Creative Designer for an advertising company who is passionate about creating engaging ad creatives using modern AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate should have strong video editing and motion graphics skills along with hands-on experience in AI content creation platforms for ads, reels, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality advertisement videos for digital and social media platforms
Design engaging reels, promotional videos, motion graphics, and marketing creatives
Use AI tools to generate video concepts, visuals, voiceovers, animations, and ad creatives
Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to deliver impactful visual content
Stay updated with the latest AI tools, design trends, and advertising formats
Ensure timely delivery of creative assets with high quality standards
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Kling, Pika, Synthesia, Canva AI, or similar platforms
Good understanding of motion graphics, animation, typography, and visual storytelling
Knowledge of social media ad formats and short-form video trends
Ability to create visually appealing ad creatives independently
Eligibility
1–3 years of experience in video editing/creative advertising
Experience in AI-generated content creation is mandatory
Immediate joiners preferred

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced advertising environment
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
