We are looking for a highly creative designer with a strong aesthetic sense and passion for the beauty/lifestyle industry. This role will drive visual storytelling across digital and offline platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality digital assets for social media, performance marketing, and e-commerce platforms
- Design illustrations, infographics, and typography-led creatives aligned with Pilgrim’s brand identity
- Develop branding and packaging concepts for beauty and personal care products
- Design website banners, landing page visuals, and offline marketing collaterals
- Ensure consistency in visual language, brand tone, and design guidelines across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams for campaign planning and execution
- Stay updated with beauty, design, and social media trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Graphic Design, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or D2C brands preferred
- Strong creative thinking, visualization skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects is a plus)
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI tools such as MidJourney, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Freepik AI
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
