We are looking for a Creative Designer to take complete ownership of our visual brand identity. More than a Graphic Designer, in this role, you will transition between big-picture brand strategy and daily creative execution. You will combine traditional design principles with generative AI tools to make our brand stand out.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Ownership: Lead the creative direction across all touch points. You will manage our visual consistency everywhere, ensuring a flawless brand experience from outdoor hoardings and site branding to team email signatures and digital assets.
- AI-Powered Multimedia Production: Take charge of our video strategy and video editing by utilizing tools like Generative AI platforms (Kling, Veo, HeyGen, etc.) and other editing tools (Canva and Adobe Creative Suite) amongst others to rapidly prototype and launch engaging video content and reels.
- End-to-End Asset Creation: Design high-quality graphics and photos optimized for social media platforms, performance marketing campaigns, and website layouts.
- Asset Management: Build and maintain an organized digital asset management system, allowing team members across departments to easily access approved brand templates and media.
Qualifications & Requirements- Experience: 3β5 years of professional design experience. Real estate experience is a major plus, but a diverse and strong portfolio is our primary focus.
- AI & Technical Stack: Demonstrated capability in AI video tools (Canva AI, HeyGen, or similar text-to-video platforms) alongside mastery of standard creative suites (Adobe Creative Suite or Web design tools like Figma).
- Leadership Capabilities: Proven ability to manage creative workflows independently, defend design choices to stakeholders, and self-direct project timelines.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
