About the Role
LuxeVenue.ai is redefining the luxury hospitality and event tech space. We are looking for a Creative Lead who is not just a tool-operator, but a visual architect. You will be the core brain behind Luxe Studio, responsible for merging traditional high-end cinematography with cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence.
We require someone who understands the Luxe aesthetic—knowing instinctively what looks premium, sophisticated, and viral.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hybrid Video Production
Traditional Excellence: Crafting high-end brand films and event highlights using industry-standard non-linear editing.
AI Workflow: Utilizing Generative AI tools to automate transitions, enhance raw footage, and generate "Viral-Ready" hooks based on user prompts.
Refrence Analysis: Decoding the "DNA" of trending social media content (transitions, pacing, color grading) and replicating it for our luxury clients.
2. 3D & Motion Graphics
Developing 3D Walkthroughs and immersive virtual environments for luxury venues.
Creating advanced Motion Graphics for corporate branding, event invites, and high-impact social media assets.
3. AI Content Mapping & Strategy
Implementing our "Content Mapping" logic: identifying the best shots (Faces, Decor, Smiles) from raw data and syncing them perfectly with audio beats.
Experimenting with new AI models to reduce production time from hours to minutes while maintaining elite quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education (Strict Requirement): Must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or Visual Communications. We are looking for candidates with a deep theoretical foundation in design principles, not just short-term software certifications.
Software Mastery:
Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (Expert Level).
3D Design: Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
Design: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
AI Tools: Hands-on experience with AI Video/Image generation tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Stable Diffusion, or Midjourney).
Portfolio:
A strong showreel demonstrating luxury aesthetics, smooth transitions, and 3D capabilities.
Mindset: A passion for learning and evolving with AI technology. You must be able to think like a Director and an Engineer simultaneously.
