Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Designer, located in Gurugram. We're looking for a versatile creative professional who can own both the visual storytelling and the performance outcomes of our brand online. This is a rare hybrid role — you'll design print-quality reports and graphics, produce content that stops the scroll, edit video, and run paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. If you think in visuals and measure in ROI, you'll fit right in.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience spanning design, content creation, and digital advertising
- Strong portfolio showing Illustrator work, social content, and video edits
- Experience in Web Design, including layout, typography, and user-friendly interfaces
- Experience in creating and editing high impact videos
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software
- Must have experience in managing campaigns and paid marketing across different channels- Youtube, Meta, Linkedin, Google
