Hiring: Creative Designer
📍 Gurgaon | 💰 ₹3–5 LPA
We’re looking for a highly aesthetic, detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team and work across digital and offline brand communication.
This role requires someone who understands visual storytelling, composition, and premium brand aesthetics, not just basic design execution.
Role:
- Design high-quality creatives for ads, social media, and website banners
- Edit and produce clean, engaging video content for Instagram and performance marketing
- Create minimal, refined, premium-looking visuals aligned with brand identity
- Work on basic animations and motion graphics where required
- Design offline creatives (store branding, print materials, etc.)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into strong visual output
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
- Strong command over Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects
- Clear understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create clean, clutter-free, premium creatives
- Understanding of what works for ads vs organic content
- Strong attention to detail and consistency across creatives
- Ability to execute quickly without compromising on quality
Important:
- We are not looking for template-based or cluttered design styles.
- Your work should reflect taste, simplicity, and strong visual judgment.
Good to have:
- Experience working with D2C or premium brands
- Exposure to photoshoots / content planning
