Role Description The Creative Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. The Creative Designer will develop visual concepts for handbags and accessories, translate brand guidelines into compelling designs, and maintain consistency across all creative assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics for digital and print, designing layouts for web and social media, prints, motifs as proposed and required for the new styles/collection.collaborating with marketing and product teams on branding initiatives, and preparing production-ready files. The role will also involve researching design trends, sourcing new fabrics/ vegan materials and creating patterns and designs for new textures, and contributing ideas that strengthen Etcetera’s presence in the affordable luxury space.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accessory design, Fashion design, or a related field
- Strong skills in Creative Design and Branding, with the ability to translate brand values into cohesive visual identities.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital, social media, and print assets.
- Experience with Web Design, including layout, visual hierarchy, and responsive design principles.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Procreate, Figma or similar).
- Well versed with AI tools for design and all working.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant work in fashion, accessories, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sense aligned with contemporary and luxury trends, and openness to feedback.
