We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Creative Designer who has hands-on experience in both Graphic Designing and Video Editing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, social media trends, branding, and digital content creation.
The candidate will be responsible for designing engaging creatives and editing high-quality video content for campaigns, social media, brand promotions, and internal communication. This role requires someone who can think creatively, execute quickly, and maintain high design standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Designing
- Design visually appealing creatives for:
- Social media posts
- Instagram carousels & stories
- Campaign creatives
- Brand presentations
- Marketing materials
- Event branding
- Website banners
- Ad creatives
- Create thumbnails, posters, pitch decks, and promotional assets.
- Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and visual styles for campaigns and digital content.
- Maintain consistency in typography, layouts, colors, and brand identity.
Video Editing
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form video content for:
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- LinkedIn videos
- Brand campaigns
- Creator collaborations
- Internal company content
- Add transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, and animations to enhance content quality.
- Optimize videos according to platform-specific formats and trends.
- Create fast-paced, trend-driven edits suitable for social media engagement.
- Assist in conceptualizing video formats and storytelling approaches.
Creative Strategy & Content Ideation
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, editing styles, meme culture, and social media trends.
- Suggest innovative content ideas to improve engagement and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with marketing, influencer marketing, and strategy teams for campaign execution.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts and creative strategies.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand design and content requirements.
- Take ownership of projects from ideation to final delivery.
- Organize and maintain creative assets and project files efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in graphic designing and video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video editing work.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Canva
- Strong understanding of:
- Typography
- Color theory
- Composition & layouts
- Motion graphics
- Visual storytelling
- Knowledge of social media content formats and digital trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a digital marketing or influencer marketing agency.
- Understanding of creator-led content and social media culture.
- Experience in editing performance marketing creatives.
- Basic animation and motion graphics skills.
- Knowledge of AI-based creative tools is a plus.
