Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Creative Design Manager to lead our graphic design and visual communication initiatives. The role involves developing product catalogues, designing technical documents, surgical technique guides, and customer instructional materials, ensuring that all designs and graphics meet global standards and effectively communicate our products.
The selected candidate will also lead the company’s visual branding across digital platforms such as LinkedIn, create motion graphics and multimedia content, and take charge of designing exhibition stalls, workshop branding, and marketing materials for conferences and industry events.
Key Requirements
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Expert level) – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Experience with UI/UX and collaboration tools – Figma (preferred), Adobe XD (optional)
• Working knowledge of 3D tools – Blender or Cinema 4D and KeyShot
• Experience in motion graphics and video rendering – Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for digital coordination (optional)
• Excellent English communication skills
Experience: 8–10 years, with a minimum of 5 years of team leadership experience
Qualification: Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Multimedia Design or a related field
