We're not looking for a content writer. We're looking for a storyteller who hasn't found their stage yet.

📍 On-site | Gurugram 🕐 Full-time

Experience: 0 to 1 year (preferably a fresher)

Pay: 3.5 to 4 LPA

At Creative Dugout, we work with brands across B2B, D2C, real estate and more and we need someone who can shift voices as easily as switching tabs.

If you studied English Honours or Literature and secretly think you could write better than half the brands you follow online, this is your room.

What you'll be doing:

• Writing across blogs, opinionated content, websites, emailers and more
• Learning to adapt your voice for B2B boardrooms and B2C scroll-stoppers
• Working on real briefs for real brands from Day 1
• Experimenting with formats, hooks, structures and ideas that haven't been tried yet
• Being trained across multiple niches so no two weeks feel the same

What we're looking for:

• 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome — right attitude over resume)
• Background in English Honours, Literature, Journalism and Mass Communication (with good writing skills) preferred
• Someone who reads for fun and notices good writing when they see it
• Curiosity that doesn't switch off at 6 PM
• Willingness to take creative risks and learn fast when they don't land
